Terms of Service
These terms are written to be read, not skimmed past. They are the agreement between you and Almor, operated by Ludovico Pagano, based in Italy, when you use almor.app, the dashboard, the extension, or the agent service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
What Almor is
Almor is an AI agent that works in your own browser, on your own accounts, drafting posts, replies and other online work in your voice, and carrying out the tasks you give it. It drafts and prepares. You decide what goes out.
You approve, you direct
Almor drafts and prepares; actions go out when you approve them, or when you have explicitly configured a routine to prepare work for your approval. You choose which sites and accounts Almor works on.
Almor goes where you send it. You choose the sites and accounts it works on. If you direct it to a place that contains sensitive or third-party information, such as your email inbox, that is your choice and its consequences are yours. Almor will process what you pointed it at, to do the task you asked, and nothing more.
Your accounts and platform rules
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use Almor on. Almor is designed for human-approved, human-paced use of your own accounts. Using it for spam, fake accounts, or to evade a platform's enforcement is prohibited and grounds for suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not use Almor to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages,
- run accounts that are not yours or that misrepresent who you are,
- evade a ban, restriction or other enforcement by a platform,
- harass, defraud or deceive people,
- do anything illegal where you are or where your audience is.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.
AI-drafted, authored by you
Content Almor prepares is drafted by an AI model from your instructions and your own writing style. You review it before it goes anywhere. You are the author of what you approve and publish, and you are responsible for it.
Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. Usage is metered against your plan's credits; you can see your balance in the dashboard. Statutory refund rights, including EU consumer withdrawal rights where they apply, are unaffected by anything in these terms.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not promise growth, followers, engagement or revenue. Almor does the work at consistent quality; what the work achieves depends on your product, your audience and the platforms, none of which we control.
Provided as is
The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platforms change their sites without notice, and an agent that works today can need adjusting tomorrow.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions a platform takes against your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer.
If you misuse the service
If your misuse of Almor, or your breach of these terms or of a platform's terms, gets us sued or fined, you agree to cover the costs and damages that result.
Changes
We may change the service and these terms as Almor evolves. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep every protection the law of your country of residence gives you, and you can bring disputes in your own courts.
